ICly the group has goals they promote and OOCly they are willing to work things out with anyone... |

Does something that, "pisses everyone off equally" sound IC neutral? Lol, no.
The answer is right there in the quote if you notice. It clearly states that KAOS will piss everyone off and we will, the neutral part is obviously OOC as everyone will get to DJ that wants to DJ. I am sorry you find it hard to understand, but as Tober says, we were never neutral IC, only OOC, thus the, "IC we may piss you all off equally" part.
We will continue to IC stir shit up big time for everyone, same as the soon to be riders will, well, we will be watching and learning. As Charles has said and I agree whole heartedly, a large problem of Midian becoming so soft is because of this attitude that everyone must be IC allied and neutral. KAOS is allied to no one yet and will probably never be, we are KAOS, rebels, etc.
Also...the on air radio station part is equal opportunity, always has been, and will remain so. I seperated the KAOS part from the Midian City Radio part for those that wanted nothing to do with KAOS IC in order to lesson the confusion and let all potential DJ's know they are welcome to DJ, no matter their IC affiliation. Look at Tres and Daymian, they DJ and they do an awesome job...see 'nuetral' in the opportinity to DJ...IC, the UAC and MPD are enemies.
KAOS, on the other hand, is a full range of RP, official faction and will react like any other faction to stuff IC.
Beyond that, KAOS will evolve and change much like any good and properly RP'd character would. There are some big changes coming soon, spawned from Charles' robinhood suggestion, hopefully which will be really kewl to RP for both good pirates and baaaad pirates! Yar! Tober, I think you will love it once you find out about it IC, working with Masha on it now, so soon. ^^
A faction that does not change, would probably bore me and everyone else to tears, we will live up to our name....KAOS.
As Chi said as well, there is no such thing as a nuetral faction, if we were all nuetral, doubt anyone would show up to RP from sheer boredom.
Let's take the Sarcina as an example, you and Scar started off the faction as man haters who war with the Hounds.....just because you started one place, does not mean you must boringly remain stable, you grew and progressed into something more and better, even shunning that first prototype in a way.
Take the Hounds...it was one thing under Damian, another under Nerio. Both men have done an excellent job, but to expect Nerio to be the same as Damian...why? Let things change and progress and grow, there is nothing wrong with it and I think, in fact, a lot that is right with it. Nerio is not simply copying his dad, he is being his own man, as it should be.
Take the CW.....one thing under Chai and Rith, totally different under Tober and Linds and I say good...change is fun and copying other people's stuff is boring and not right, change happens. It does not mean one is any better than the other, one does not take away from the other.
KAOS has that same right and opportunity as any other faction. At any rate, I would never try and tell others how to run their faction, wouldn't be respectful and to expect a faction to stay the same always, it's a pretty silly concept to me.
Do you think since Sarcina started out as man haters, you should have to stay that way forever? No, do not expect it of KAOS either, that's all I am saying. You can take quotes from 6 months ago and compare them to now, same as take them now and compare to 6 months in the future and you will get the same result....we change, we grow, we evolve, that's what chaos does and that is what KAOS does.

Actually, my main contribution was just posting a linky to Audacity (a freeware sound manip programme) and then everyone else's creative energies took over. Agey has some very talented folks, and they've come up with some kewl/funny stuff.
I'm tickled we have an in-sim radio station, they add a LOT to the ambiance and have def presented this listener with some broader musical horizens.

Though it was already clarified, I just had to comment anyway.
We are neutral, 'we piss everyone off equally'.
Our alliances are not cement, our enemies are not written in stone. As to O's quoting of the LIn/Aeg comments on neutrality, it is a simple manner of definition.
We do not jump to any faction's aid without reason. We do not hate any faction through their very nature[When we're done ewith the UAC, you'll see us go after another  ]
Linds was saying it was odd for a neutral faction to make a complaint about IC smartmouthing, or perhaps our threat of retaliation of sorts. That's true if we meant neutral as in 'we're no one's enemy, everyone's friend'. That's not the neutral we mean. Neutral- we piss everyone off equally- means we shift and flow on our whims and IC circumstances. Tomorrow the Sarcina might be our newest target, or it might be the Snake Pit's Yakuza.
Now to be perfectly and completely honest I don't see how neutrality affects not wanting to take any shit from anyone unless she thought it meant we don't pick fights with other factions... but if you saw Chi ever interract with the Pack over their claim of the ruins, you would quickly find that's not true at all.  |

In fact, set request please, that was an awesome set!!! I got to see The Fall when I lived in NY, Chrome Cranks opened for them, my friend Bob Bert from Pussy Galore/Sonic Youth/Boss Hog and later Knoxville Girls which included Kid Congo from the Cramps, Fall had to borrow his drums...totally screwed them up they were so drunk, both bands got pissed. Had to duck a few beers tossed out at the crowd by Mark, was a very small venue like CBGB size, he was just mad for some reason the whole time and he stormed off stage cussing in the end, but still, was a good concert. What's a punk concert w/o and few casualties anyway, right? ;P

But the UAC will never leave, so i think you guys should share the love among the other factions. If you say you have to give us more love beascue we tagert KAOS members...Well that is just a random fact that the people share. Trust me the UAC is not out to destroy the free voice of the city:) |
