Ming arrived in Midian in late january. Upon his arrival there were several reports of misbehavior surrounding him.
His first act in the city was to go for a walk on the catwalks, which lead to a brawl with a few patrolling nekos. After being chased through the city, bullets flying everywhere, and leaving several cats in near critical condition, he went into hiding.
It was while he was hiding a new rookie cop came across him and tried to apprehend him for suspicious behavior. It was her first day on the job, and her response to her attempted arrest was met with five slugs to the chest. It was a good thing she decided to wear her vest that day.
With the aid of a cat known as commonly as Mari, she was able to finally track down and arrest Ming. He spent a few hours locked away in the cell, and when she stepped away to speak with Mari, he managed to break free though the means of which still remain rather mysterious. (The cell door had to be replaced due to heavy damage)
After breaking free, it wasn't long after that he teamed up with former cop Noobie, to wage a war against the MPD. Several cops were injured in the rogue attacks. He seems to move like a shadow through the streets and remains extremely difficult to capture.
There is question of his association with various businesses around the city. He seems to have many friends in high places. Upon investigation, it was discovered that he had links to and is suspected to be the organizer of the disappearance of a few citizens of Midian.
He is suspected of several counts of vandalism, organized crime, and it is rumored that he is head of a family called Sangre. Last reports stated this family was the caretakers of the Midian Graveyard, but after digging deeper in our files, we found no existence of any residents in the city with the name Sangre.
The trail on that seems to have gone cold anyway, as they seem to have moved underground. All trails of the supposed Sangre family have ended in dead ends.
Though we have not been able to get any hard proof of his involvement in any of the crimes aside from his initial assault of officers, we firmly believe that he is guilty of much more than we have on record. |

Considering the lenght of your IC posts..... this seems rather.... short?
*chuckles and waits another 10 minutes if another post will appear*
((but ANYWAY.... love you for exactly that! so YAY for more Ming-style posts and more of hour-filling-waiting to exchange 7 posts between Chandra and Ming.... haha))

The IC info is short because what the police have on record vs everything Ming has done is vastly different.
Yes, it would probably take 3-4 posts to write it all out, even short hand.
Hehe oh well, yes Ming is dead, no the character I play right now is -not- Ming. |
