"Around Midian with Ayashe" will start broadcasting as soon as i have some news to tell

Wonderful, a source for news and human interest stories. I am always interested in learning more about my fellow citizens.
Although, I would think a little verification of facts might be needed, as there are many people here who are just plain mean and will spread viscious rumors 
Of course, thats why I have always maintained my status as a paragon of virtue, above any mean and nasty comments  |

WELL, one person in Midian would always tell you the truth but then again, it's not an issue, as I certainly am not one to gossip. I mean I dont run around telling about kitties that hit the nip to hard, or guys that hump anything thats not nailed down or ladies who go down faster then the Titanic or guys who look at women and start to sweat more then a chubby boy looking at his first porno mag, or, OH WAIT, I can't say those things.

I know those people!
Is it true that your pony has sticky hooves? TZ is always low on cocktail cherries and I saw Theas with a whole jar the other day.

2- none of this can be carried to IC except as "rumors heard"
Some of the stories may be true but most will be false, it is up to you if you want to find out if a rumor you heard on the show is true or false
as an example i may say that Charles finally hired Auntie to redecorate the 4 Horseman, if you want to search for the truth to this rumor that is up to you
so i am seeking both true and false stories to use to help keep things interesting))

There is a logical reason for this. Some newcomers were speaking to me and said they were looking for virgins in Midian. Now of course I was not going to accomodate them and Masha was not online so I said "Theas, go see if there are any "cherries" at the TZ and she came back with a jar and said, "these are the only ones I could find". |

Actually, the "redecoration" story has a certain amount of truth to it. I was not going to say anything BUT Charles (AND PLEASE, keep this quiet as I am just replying for your info only) has on NUMEROUS OCCASIONS begged me to redecorate the 4 Horsemen. ALSO, I am pleased to report that he wants to clean it up a bit as he told me "He'd love to mop up the floor with me".
Also, I think he is considering "artwork" in there as he said "he'd LOVE to hang my naked ass on the wall" and I also think he is planning an attack on a local citizen as he said "he wanted to fuck me till I screamed for Mercy".
Of course Charles will deny this because of his reputation BUT I think it exhibits the good side of Chucky Poo I have always said existed. |

(( Will the broadcasts' transcripts be available oocly on a forum (or icly)? My concern is the junior high cafeteria feeling of walking around Midian with people thought emoting what they 'heard' (let's say it was false) and not roleplaying it out with the gossiped-about person so they at least KNOW that 'something' was said that was false ..... I don't know. I think I'm a little wary about this because I see not only the potential for metagaming, but worse, the opportunities for mean-spirited ooc insults and emotions to be played out 'icly'. Anyone have any thoughts on this? )) |

| ((i don't see a problem with a transcript being posted in the forum as i will be typing it all out to read first ... to hopefully help alleviate some concerns ... an admin will review the broadcast before it is done and will contact people if it is felt something may be said harmful to them ... lies, gossip and innuendo create conflict ... conflict drives RP ... there is also no reason the person talked about can't send in something for the next broadcast to correct what was said ... playing things too safe is part of what is making Midian to good ... yes we are saying we will read anything but we will be monitoring what is being said closely and it may not be read exactly as it is submitted in order to help prevent the mean spirited insults)) |
