The camera cuts to a female reporter, blonde hair with green eyes. Fairly attractive, as is expected of someone who works in front of a camera. As she speaks, the scene of a tragedy is evident behind her. Destroyed buildings and horribly mutilated bodies litter the area of a downtown slum.
"We are live with the latest rampage from a creation of rogue cybernetics researcher and known terrorist, Dr. Mikhail Chekov. The android proceeded to rampage across the 2 states, slaughtering all that stood in its way. The current death toll is believed to be in the hundreds. Authorities don't know whether Chekov is making any demands as of this moment. With us now, is Police Chief James Dale, to offer some insight to this situation."
The camera shifts over to Jim as he explains what he knows. He's an older man, around the age of 55, with a gray, bushy mustache, and slightly overweight build.
"Well, ma'am, I don't know what this is or why this thing is on the loose, but what I do know is that even the military has gotten involved, and nothing seems to work. Bullets, grenades, they've even tried hitting it with rockets, and the robot shrugs them off or dodges them like they're nothing. What we do know is that the android was, at first, a standard service droid model, 5688 series, but was heavily modified with a self-aware AI and encased in a last-generation powersuit. I think the scariest part of it all, is that the AI in him has gone crazy, and attached a working chainsaw to where his head would be. As well as having made some swords out of such."
The reporter stared in disbelief to what she just heard.
"You mean to tell us, that a chainsaw-obsessed android in a powersuit is causing this much havoc?"
"Yes ma'am. The most horrific part of it all is his preference for children. He often goes out of his way just to kill them. He's not picky, though. He killed 5 of my officers in this mess. The *bleeped* UAC or military does nothing but cordon off areas now. It seems he's headed straight towards one of the "free" cities. Looks to be Midian. If that's the case, then good, it ceases to be our problem. Hell, Ol' Chainsawface might actually do some good for once. Who cares if he slaughters some hybrid scum or some cyber criminals? Now, if you'll excuse me, we have a mess to clean up."
Chief Dale walks off to attend to his duties. The camera pans back to the reporter.
"Well, it seems that the threat is over for now. But considering how, 'Chainsawface' as the police have taken to calling him, cut a swath of death across 2 states, it's likely he won't be there long. The Terror Alert has been elevated from 'Lemon Merangue' to 'Fire Engine Red'. It is advised that you stay in your homes, and lock yourselves into you UAC-approved bombshelters until this threat is dealt with. Back to you Tom."
The camera cuts to an anchorman with an obnoxious mustache and a pompous-sounding, rich-boy yuppy voice.
"Thanks Karen. In other news, free-thinking and terrorism? Are you dissenting from your beloved World Union by not giving your child their ADD meds? More after the commercial."
OOC: This is a joke RP I may or may not roll with. Depending on how lazy I decide to be. This is basically me making a boss character for people to eventually destroy in some epic fashion. So, of course, it won't be easy, and he won't die until I decide it. He won't last longer than a few days, though. His weakness will be revealed through RP.
