Ah, yes, oh my.... The specicism. And the neko gangs.
I have thought about it and discovered that all nekoes behave, dress and generly present themselves so indiferently, that it is actualy very hard for me to tell who is what gang even OOC, if not of the title.
So technicaly it is your fault, dear kitties, that when some neko does anything evil, all of gangs are blamed for it - because you all look quite the same. You have no visible gang distinction. Maybe you smell each other´s asses as cats tend to do to identify one from another, but we humans dont have so evolved noses and neither we tend to such barbaric ways. Instead we keep civilised and keep tossing machenguns around, shooting everything that moves.

No, it's not an original idea...so what?
We actually decided to make the Catwalker and Kittenwalker logo "open source", so any of the creative kitties in the pride can make stuff with it, or add it to things they already own. And a lot of them have. Usually it's subtle though, unless you're looking for it. Also, the stipulation is that if someone makes something with the logo on it, you make it available to the rest of the pride for free.
Getting back to what Mordag says, it doesn't bother me if people think the CWs are responsible for something if some neko who isn't in the pride goes and pisses people off. That's the kind of IC drama that makes things interesting.
