Possibly the final update, possilbly not.
Way too much to write but in a nutshell.
Angel had her kitten, a girl called Kazuko.
Angel left the Catwalkers again, feeling the majority of the pride did not trust her because they were friends with Chisaki. She knew she had the support of the upper ranks but it was the kittens and other mid-ranks that she spent her time with and it was growing more and more unconfortable.
Angel and Reiyn began to show signs of maybe getting back together but he was still with Chisaki.
Chisaki told Reiyn she was in love with Ghandi causing Reiyn to shoot himself in the head, leaving him without an eye and for a long time without his memory.
Angel helped nurse Reiyn back to strength, when his memory returned his old feelings for her returning finally.
They decide to leave Midian, for a while at least, to help Reiyn recover without constant reminders of bad memories and also to protect the kitten from the strange occurences in the city since the artifact was opened. They hop on the first boat out they can get on and head to the mainland.

Midian had become home to them both, only time will tell if they choose to return home.
