Well of course you would always be welcome to visit the Community Center (which is near the church) but our roof is not that much

And as for the church roof, I say more power to 'em for it, makes IC sense too. The church is fairly well liked among the Neko community, and would most likely have no issue getting volunteers to keep it's towers safe. Those that just wanna chill, as long as they don't do anything violent, wouldn't need to worry about being shot, because the NPCs up there would most likely be more intent on say, a UAC sniper, or some random thug with a rifle up there.

So it's likely that this tweaking will or has been done if the good Father sees a consensus of requests in that direction.
