LMAO, SHS is where Shil and I got started really, there are some excellent RPers there, all erotica of course, but still, they are in like their 4th forum rebirth and going strong.
Markko, sorry about that, I just switched it on again, we had it turned off because of so many spammers, try again, hmm, maybe I should make a Midian City section, for when SL is down. ;P

Yeah, see, WoW and SL stole about 30 of my site's good stable RPers, and eventually stole me as well, hehe. Can't beat the visuals along with the RP, just can't, but I maintain the site to keep everyone's writing and those that do not have a good enough system for SL, they still RP there.
I was always going to build Neila one day when I got my own sim in SL, but Midian is so much like I envisioned Neila, I don't need to now.

Do people rp on the irc too? And what server is it on, so I can access it via mIRC. |

No problem ^^ and I started that IRC like 3 years ago Dorian and handed it to one of my mods and they did nothing, so no one even goes to ours, SHS is still up I imagine.

| I was actually in SHS this morning. Actually, i'm in there right now. The room's pretty dead around this time though. I'm just using IRC to catch up with some RP while SL is down so that I can actually do it in real time. Heh no visuals, but we never started off with visuals to begin with. |

Nope, I always enjoyed it that way, you can take time to really write something worth reading on forums, I had to soo get used to the quickfire on SL, still haven't quite yet. Just ask Rena, Shil and I are in her.."worth waiting for posts" category, lol, because we take too long! I'm getting faster though.

| Heh that's something I had to get used to when comin' to SL myself. Tho I've noticed in Midian more than in any other RP i've come across so far... people are way closer to our style of RP than anywhere else. I've seen quiet my share of some pretty badass roleplayers on here, which I completely didn't see coming. |

I agree, why I got into Midian so well, the great RP.
I played Kagera and Aria on SHS, who did you play? Maybe we have RP'd, lol. I started the Terrible Trio secret society, if you see in sigs things like K and a #, those are girls in the secret group, I hope they kept it going anyway.

In that place, i'd actually go in random nics for a bit of fun with the students. I RP'd on the same server in different rooms and RPs, as well on a few other servers besides that one.
Heh and I think i've seen someone with a nic like what you're talkin' about. None of the regs are on right now yet though. |

I was never a real big fan of those forums. Granted, I started RPing out on the Yahoo Groups back when it was Yahoo Chat, but the pacing was just terrible. The same group of people that I RPed with actually ended up creating multiple groups because it ended up being something similar to 1 month of posting = less then 1 day.
Got onto the Yahoo Chat Rooms and then got to experience something where we actually moved forward in a story. Spent awhile on that and conferences until I found SL. Woo.
But anyways, WoW is going to be redownloaded in about two hours. If nothing else if SL is still down, I'll try to learn to put a private server together. If not, then I'm just going to look around and see if there actually any private RPvP or RPvE servers about. I've gone and gotten spoiled by having something visual to go with the text.
