Since it is friday, since we were talking about germans not long ago and since this version is better than the one on CD...
This is the sound I wish to have on my funeral, really, one can die happy listening to this in my opinion.

Thank you. I now have had this group's tunes running through this one's head the last few days. It seriously skews perceived image and mood when I pass by Av's with Japanese style names (especially when their players are listening to something more ebil).

This one, I admit, I have played at least once every morning. since I came to this thread. Misses brief visit to Bavaria a few years back.
And this one ran through this one's head most of last evening, after taking the time to translate the lyrics with the help of a dictionary and someone who was mostly fluent in German.
Sad to say, this one now half-expects any UAC soldier to stop, start bobbing left to right, and sing.
This will do wonders if they ever have reason to attempt to stop this one at all to ask a few questions.

You make it sound like I should know what/what Logan's run is?
Thank god wikipedia is about.... Though that sounds like a cool place - I'd get to just before death and do so much stupid/criminal shit, wouldnt be all that bad, afterall, after a while life beyond then ebcomes inconceievable, and you can't want what you can't concieve, in true 1984 fashion...

Ah Logans Run a dated sci fi movie, worth checking out if you can pardon the special effects. A dark utopia.
you reach 30, jewel in your palm flashes and you go to the arena to be exploded into millions of little pieces told that you'll be "renewed".
Most of us had dreams when hitting 30 of a little jem in our palms flashing "renew renew"
It's a classic though, often quoted, or parodied, so best watch it just for that.

I read the wiki article on it, looked interesting, bit dolcetty lol... Though I ten to have little patience with older movies, too used to amazing screenplay, so the only older movies I watch are war movies and westerns.
Still, thanks for the link, I'll check it out. I have too much time to educate myself with movies and books atm.

and I thought there already was a thread for reading and movie lists....not that I can find the damn thing, but my reccommendation is read "Brave New World" written in 1932 by Aldous Huxley, quite the future dystopia, if you have read it, you should.
