Well what can I say... I couldn't resist to include some Midian comic strip into my application portofolio... BUT... obviously they didn't recognize Midian cause they still invited me to the interview. But I'll keep that firearms-hint in mind should I really be able to start there... *adds mental note 'things to not ask the boss in the first week'* _________________ ** * ******* * ** ********* *

More of an SL addiction than a Midian-specific thing, but....
we use an online time clock to punch in and out where i work, and i was reading this forum during the last few mins of my lunch break...when i went to punch back in, i put in my SL login info, and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't clock me back in....three times.... _________________ Perplexel Klata

HAHA That's brilliant.
I sign up for SL related stuff online using a username related to my AV and often find myself trying to log into none Sl related sites with that username and wondering why I can't get in.
That and I introduced myself as Angel to someone IRL the other day which was a tad embarrassing ... more so for my BF as it was his boss *laughs* _________________ My Midian City Photos

This is seriously messed up... and my first thought was "Midian". |
You know you're from Midian when stuff like this makes you say "Huh... Sounds like something (Insert name) would do..." Then you go about eating your cereal and watching cartoons...
wow.. I am so desensitized.... _________________ "I'll be seeing you down a dark alley..."

I kept thinking that some of the plot lines in the movie sounded *awfully* familiar...
You know you're from Midian when you start sizing people up in RL, wondering what Faction they're in (or in my case, wondering which faction they'd be good in...I do work with young, impressionable college students, after all ) |
